D.A.S. Registration and Certification Company was founded in the UK by Mr. David Allen Smile in 1998. He personally signed all certificates until his retirement in 2004, when he handed over management to Mr. Stan Wright. In 2023, D.A.S. expanded its services through partnerships with new organizations.

D.A.S. operates in the fields of management systems and academia. Today, the company proudly provides audit and training services worldwide, including in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia.

Since 2002, D.A.S. has collaborated with its satellite company, IQ Global, to deliver IRCA-registered audit courses. IQ Global was later renamed IQMS, then became “IQMS SAI GLOBAL” in 2013, and finally rebranded as IQMS LEARNING in 2020. Now one of the leading CQI-IRCA-accredited training centers, IQMS LEARNING operates globally. D.A.S. takes pride in its partnership with this company to conduct audit courses in numerous countries.

In 2023, D.A.S. further expanded its services by partnering with IAS Switzerland, enabling it to issue ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, 3834, and other certifications under the accreditation of SAS Switzerland and other key accrediting bodies.

Additionally, through partnerships with Canadian and European companies, D.A.S. can provide certifications such as ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, ISO 37001, and more, under the accreditation of IAS America, NAH Hungary, and SNAS Slovakia—all of which are full members of the IAF (International Accreditation Forum).
