Auditors
Our auditors have successfully completed special training, including CQI_IRCA training. In addition, they have sufficient experience and knowledge in the scope of work related to the industry you are serving. The relevant auditors are certified according to the IAF code. The purpose of the audit is to create added value in the organization.
Our auditors are not looking for a catch and inspection, but are there to check compliance with the desired system.
Our auditors have the following characteristics:
- Specialized knowledge and complete awareness of standards: Auditors must have a complete mastery of the requirements of ISO standards such as (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.) as well as sufficient knowledge in the relevant industry.
- Strong communication skills: The ability to interact effectively with employees and managers of the organization to ask and answer questions, explain issues and provide constructive feedback.
- Analytical and attention to detail: The ability to analyze data, observe processes and identify weaknesses or opportunities for improvement with high accuracy.
- Impartiality and Fairness: The auditor must always act impartially and make judgments based on factual evidence and data, and not be influenced by personal opinions or external pressures.
- Problem-solving skills: The ability to identify system problems to improve performance and compliance with standards.
- Time management and organization: The ability to plan carefully to conduct the audit on time and cover all requirements in a limited time.
- Adaptability: Adapt to changing organizational conditions, including industry-specific challenges and different work environments.
- Integrity and confidentiality: The auditor must be committed to ethical principles, professionalism, and maintaining the confidentiality of information.
- Learning and teaching spirit: The willingness to continuously learn to update their knowledge of changing standards and new requirements.
- Leadership and team management: When group audits are required, the ability to coordinate and lead the audit team to ensure the effective implementation of the process is delegated to the appropriate person.
